  4. asserting and defending against claims on the basis of the administrator's legitimate interest - Article 6(1)(f) RODO, which is the defence of interests and looking after the good name,

  5. processing and submitting complaints, lodged complaints, requests and other comments concerning cooperation in relation to the performance of the contract on the basis of the legally justified interest of the administrator - Article 6(1)(f) RODO, which is caring for the quality of services provided and fulfilment of contractual provisions

THE LENGTH OF TIME FOR WHICH WE WILL PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the following period:

  1. personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract, dealing with complaints or other requests from the contracting party related to the cooperation agreement - until the end of the cooperation agreement,

  2. personal data resulting from tax documentation - up to 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the tax deadline expired,

  3. personal data processed for the purpose of claiming and defending against claims - until the expiry of claims,

  4. personal data processed for the purpose of debt collection - until full settlement.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The recipients of the data may be entities in the following categories:

  1. entities cooperating with the controller entities providing consultancy and legal services,

  2. entities authorised under applicable law (in particular courts
    and state authorities);

  3. IT service providers and providers of e-mail and website hosting services acting on behalf of the controller,

  4. entities providing postal and courier services acting on behalf of the controller,

  5. banks and other financial institutions in connection with the performance of contractual claims

  6. entities rendering accounting and bookkeeping services to the controller,

YOUR RIGHTS

As we process your personal data, you have the right to:

  1. request access to your personal data,

  2. request the rectification of your personal data,

  3. request the erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data,

  4. to portability of your personal data (which are processed under contract).

THE LENGTH OF TIME FOR WHICH WE WILL PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed until the contact with the potential contractor has been completed and, once the original purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, it will be processed for the period of the statute of limitations for claims or until you raise an effective objection.

  1. IT service providers (including e-mail hosting providers),

  2. lawyers, solicitors and other entities providing consultancy and legal services cooperating with the administrator;

    with contractors and other interested parties,

  2. asserting and defending against claims, on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest - Article 6(1)(f) RODO, which is the defence of the Administrator's interests. 

THE LENGTH OF TIME FOR WHICH WE WILL PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the following period: 

  1. personal data processed for the purpose of recording incoming and outgoing correspondence and to reply to incoming correspondence until the matter which is the subject of the correspondence has been dealt with or for the period specified in the cooperation agreement (in the case of correspondence concerning a contract),

  2. personal data processed for the period of claiming and defending against claims - until the period of limitation of claims or until an effective objection is raised.

The recipients of the data may be entities in the following categories:

  1. entities authorized under applicable law (in particular courts and state bodies);

  2. entities providing IT services (including e-mail hosting providers),

  3. postal and courier services acting on behalf of the administrator,

We inform you that your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

 

  1. Conducting the current recruitment procedure and selecting the offer based on:
    art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR (fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the administrator) in the scope of data included in Art. 221 § 1 and § 2 of the Labor Code, until the recruitment is completed,
    art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR (processing is based on consent)
    regarding the provision of other data in the offer by the job candidate, until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than until the end of the recruitment procedure. After this time, the administrator will delete the data even if you do not withdraw your consent.
    art. 9 section 2 letter a GDPR* (processing takes place on the basis of expressly expressed consent in a separate declaration) in the scope of transfer of personal data belonging to special categories of data (including e.g. data on health) specified in Art. 9 section 1 GDPR, until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than until the recruitment procedure is completed. After this time, the administrator will delete the data even if you do not withdraw your consent.

  2. Carrying out future recruitment on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR (processing takes place on the basis of expressed consent), until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 12 months from the date of consent. After this time, the administrator will delete your data even if you do not withdraw your consent. 

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The recipients of the data may be entities in the following categories:

  1. entities providing IT services and e-mail hosting acting on behalf of the administrator,

  2. entities providing postal and courier services acting on behalf of the administrator.

  3. Entities supporting the administrator in recruitment (e.g. recruitment agencies).

YOUR RIGHTS

As we process your personal data, you have the right to:

  1. request access to your personal data,

  2. request rectification of your personal data,

  3. request deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data,

  4. transferring personal data to another administrator (data processed on the basis of consent)

  5. withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent in person
