Performance data

Even if cookies are deactivated, the website administrator may obtain access to the following data characterising the use of the website
(hereinafter: other usage data):


the id number allocated to the visitor's device, the identifiers identifying the telecommunications network termination point, the data communication system (type of device, device resolution, operating system, operating system, web browser, browser language) used by the internet user, information about the start, end and scope of each use of the website.

Protection of personal data

Information obtained through the cookie mechanism and usage data may constitute personal data within the meaning of the RODO in certain exceptional situations. If information indicated above qualifies as personal data, the Administrator is the controller of the personal data. Even in case of doubts whether a a specific category of information is personal data, the Administrator shall introduce mechanisms to
protecting this information as personal data.


The processing of the above categories of data to the extent that it is necessary for proper display of the website ("essential" cookies) is based on the so-called legitimate interest of the interest of the website administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO. For this purpose, it may come to:

 

  • occasional analysis of log files in order to determine: which browsers are used by visitors to the website; which tabs, pages or sub-pages are most or least frequently visited or viewed; whether the structure of the website contains errors

  • preventing unauthorised access to the website and the distribution of malicious code, interrupting denial-of-service attacks, and preventing damage to computer and electronic communications systems.

In the above cases, you have the right to object (when processing takes place on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) rodo).


On the other hand, if you consent to the use of "optional" cookies (analytical and marketing) then the information collected in this way will be used to research your preferences when using our website and to use the results of such research to improve the quality of the website. In this case, the basis for of data processing is Article 173, paragraph 2 of the Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2004, no. 171, item 1800) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO. As indicated by Article 174 of the Telecommunications Law Telecommunications Act, the ̨ consent the subscriber or end user shall be subject to ̨. data protection provisions.

Deletion of data collected through the cookie mechanism and data
exploitation data

Personal data will be deleted or anonymized at the latest after the period has expired limitation period for potential claims related to the use of the website (no later than within 6 months from the date of consolidation), or earlier if you submit an effective objection. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.
